1. Return Time

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. All returns must be contacted and approved by customer service first.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, no stains, no smells, and no damage.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• No pet hair, dirt, or personal wear on the quilt or blanket.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items

• Custom size products

• Items with obvious used marks

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos. We will offer a full refund or free replacement.

5. Return Shipping

• Customer’s reason return: Buyer pays return shipping fee.

• Our mistake / damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
